FNB ***** Department has no management

It’s been 4 weeks while the FNB ***** department have took my money and refusing to release it I have bee waiting help from their department and no one is coming to rescue, My Case is handled by the guy name Innocent Hlongwane, whom I think has issues with his work, He has sent me Piller to post just to be spiteful, Saying he wants a proof that my Company has refunded the client, we did that, the client refunded even went to his bank to confirm all this, he sent all the proofs under the sun, The Vaal Mall FNB Branch Have also been trying to call that department and Innocent Manager “Elsie” all’s haven’t been much of the assistance, I cannot run My company and this doesn’t bother either of them, I wrote 3 Complaints now to FNB and they sent the very same guy Innocent who is not helpful, Who doesn’t even respond to our emails, My question now is what is it that FNB wants me to do to get my money back and close that useless Account? In my entire experience, I have never went through such an abuse and emotional trauma over a bank. And one person who probably will be calling tomorrow and asking something different once this message has been received.
