FNB ***** department got my money back.

I bought something online and everytime I called to follow up on where is my parcel, they kept on lying saying it had been shipped from Germany, from America or another address.

I contacted the FNB ***** department and several weeks later, I got money back in my account. I had used my cheque card to make a purchase and was even losing hope I will ever get the money back. Those people had said a refund is impossible and I won't be getting my money back. Thanks FNB
