FNB ***** department does not respond

FNB ***** department. i have logged a ***** case in 2019 with FNB. till today they tell me that the case has been assigned to Warren Du Plessis who has not contacted me as yet. i tried calling in for Warren in ***** dept and he always busy and does not even reply to emails. FNB Case Number 2***. Can FNB supervisor or manager call me regarding this matter as this is not the service we expect from FNB. If this should be the service we get as a client i rather move banks.
