FNB ***** department de*****ing its customers

I really did not want to do this, but since FNB ***** Deparment and the Agent Xolisile Selepe takes weeks to respond, maby I will get this person to pick up the phone this way.

Same as all the other ***** department complaints. I registered a ***** case on 8th of Jan. I got the affidavid, gave all supporting documents, and was told that the other bank was contacted to freeze the account, pending the investigation. Whenever I try to call the agent, it never picks up. I received their managers number, who also never answers. Whenever I would be transfered to the agent, the call would immediately drop. I've spent hours trying to get through to anyone that can give an update on the case. I have lodged a complaint with ***. Called banks. Spoken to managers, and every time, no resolution. It is now 1 month later, and still no delivery on the 10 day resolution promise. I have been a very happy customer with FNB for many years, but obviously this means nothing to them. I wonder how long it will be until more empty promises are made by the pathetic ***** department.

My advice, to any customers. If you have a ***** case with FNB. Write off the money. or get a Personal investigator and a lawyer, since this department is obviously enjoying the "work" from home environment. No work and all pay. Think I'll apply for a job there.

Reviewer Update
So, it has been weeks and weeks, and stil this matter is not resolved. The agent can not supply me any legal documents, since this is not standard procedure. After waiting, once again days for the agent to respond, I finally managed to get a manager's telephone number.
Leoni T****ie: *** was supp****, but as per usual, this person never picks up the phone to answer. They also never reply to any of the messages I have left.
Then a line manager number was supp****.
Yoliswa Doyisa: ***, and it should come as no surprise, that this person, also, never answers the phone, or returns a call.

I find it unacceptable, that FNB upon receiving a ***** report, would send out an email, to the other bank, asking for the account to be frozen until investigations are completed. Not phone call. No urgency. A simple email. As it turns out, it took more than 45 days for this bank to reply so of course there is no monies to recover by this time.

I have called FNB care line. I have left a email on FNB care as well. Whenever I call the department, still the number drops after being transferred. How is this kind of service allowed in 2022?
Absolutely pathetic service still.
