FNB ***** department blocks all my accounts without warning! No help from anyone

A retail sale was processed on 2nd February, all was well until and without warning on Thursday 11th February, late evening i discovered all my personal and business accounts were blocked owing to a ***** allegation against my business account. Although a waybill was sent, direct communication between seller and buyer was constant FNB still have not rep**** to my emails with the question of what additional steps should i take in order to get this block removed? we have had no access to money for 5 days! being a long standing customer of FNB's i would have expected a chance to verbalize the real situation and how to was being attended to. Nonetheless without warning i filled up petrol only to have to negotiate my way out. The bill is still unpaid and i believe charges laid for petrol theft against me from my local garage. The parcel is now delivered to the customer, my accounts are still frozen and one wonders if the customer now feels assured she can state a no delivery - Unhappy with goods or some alternative buyer **** knowing my bank is on her side and ready to block, freeze, reverse my funds at her request. I dont say FNB are ***********, they are very competent and exceptionally diligent - I do need to say they must offer guidelines and respond to me the "*********" impartially and with out prejudice. I am in fact or have in fact processed millions on multiple accounts with you over several businesses and never 1 undelivered item in all my 15 years with you. Baloyi, Nhlamulo called me once, asked to return call in 10 minutes and its been history since then, i have tried over 100 times to no avail. Same goes for Yoliswa his manager. All i want is someone to explain the process , how i can resolve this, who i can call with authority etc. this rating should i be on the other end, cant go wrong, should you get accused unfounded you have problems because you are guilty from the moment your account gets mentioned by anyone and without validation. Now that is wrong and concerning.
