Fnb ***** department

Can someone please help me with my business account which was blocked last year in December till now . My ***** consultant is Sithembiso Mhlambi who is not helping me at all . Can the bank assign me to someone else who is willing to help FNB clients . I am hopeless at this moment . I sent him emails he does not respond and when i call his number sometimes he is not there if he is there he is very rude and dont help me at all m sick and tired of this now.
