FNB ***** department

I would like to log a complaint against Mr Innocent Hlongwane from the FNB ***** department.

Firstly I would like to know why FNB appointment such an *********** man to work for them, he is unreliable, always unavailable, his phone extension never goes thorough but for some reason it goes through outside of office hours, oh and he never replies to emails either and on top of that, he is rude! And also, there are so many bad reviews about him, why is he still working for FNB???? I’ve gone as far as getting a lawyer but my lawyer can’t get through to him either and since there was no response from Mr Hlongwane to my lawyer, we are taking this matter to court first thing Monday morning. It’s as if this man has a personal vendetta against clients.

All I want is for FNB to put my money into a different bank so that I can part ways with them for good.
