Fnb ***** department are unreliable

Please could i have an update on my case *** that i have logged on the 10th of March. To this date i have not received any communication or feedback on the matter. When ever i try to call the department i get transferred to other departments and then some dont even answer my calls. This is now becoming Frustrating it has been nearly more than 2 weeks with no response.

Please could i get an answer as to when this will be resolved
