FNB ***** Department are the real *****.

So looking at Hellopeter reviews, the service I am still currently receiving still does not shock me, I opened a ***** case on the 6th January 2022, and yes the case STILL on going, after promised a 10 day resolution period. The case has "apparently been escalated to the manager" around 6 times.

I have pretty much followed up every second day since I have opened the case, and the same story goes on, they still investigating, FNB asked me for a affidavit, and I got it done in that same hour of receiving the message to do so, got it signed and stamped by the commissioner of oath and yet again promised that after 48 hours my case will be finalised... this was on Monday, I have still gotten no response or update on this case.

I repeat, that these reviews come with no shock to me, If you going to promise a 10 day resolution period, make sure it is resolved in those 10 days, if its not resolved then do not promise it. Very simple. Im actually quite disgusted at this point.

what makes this even more disappointing is during this entire case, i'm expecting the investigator who is on my case to contact me and ask questions and just make sure that all is in order and making sense, yet ONLY when I follow up are the questions asked, an no not by the investigator but by the consultant on the phone. Never in my entire existence would I have ever thought in such a case I would be questioned and interrogated by a consultant. `To this day I still have no clue who my investigator is. This is quite sick.
