Fnb ***** department

Goodday....Im waiting on the FNB ***** department almost 4weeks now for feedback....Mr Lunga Bottaman is busy with case... HE Send an email the 1st week of the case that they waiting on confirmation ...ive called his number in week 2 the number is not working... I've send several emails Mr Bottaman is not responding to my emails... I've called fnb ***** department.... One of the agents said they still busy with the investigation.... How long can an investigation process take place?????I've send another email this morning still awaiting..... Is there anyone here that can assist me please.... Fnb is not a plan.... They said you must submit documents in 48hrs to open an case but you as client are waiting g forever for them to come back to you

I'm still not satisfied of fnb ***** department service.... Yesterday Mr Lunga Bottaman rep**** on the emails that I've send several times after the compliant on Helopeter... The email state that he is still waiting on confirmation and that He send another email to the Luno dep. Then a Lady called me and apologized for the service I have received but they can only get hold of Luno department via emails and something about standard bank can't remember... And Her phone was breaking up can't even hear properly what she was saying.... I just heard she will send me an email.... But I've never received any emails.... Then yesterday I went myself on the Luno app to lay a complain and I've told them what happened and that I've open a case.... Then this morning I've received and email from them.... Saying That they are sorry what happened to me and that they will assist the bank or police if their reaching out to them.... I've passed the email on to Mr Lunga this morning... So how isit that they respond to my email but Mr Lunga are still waiting almost 4 weeks for feedback.... I know they have alot of work but they must keep your client up to date and repond to their emails.... I'm paying every month a monthly fee which is very alot... For what?????
