FNB ***** Depart **** hole
On the 13th March 2020, a student reported via his standard bank that he requested us to do his assignment but according to him he did not get response from us on time and lodge a complaint via standard and our FNB Account was held by FNB on the 13th March unknowing to us, before the end of that day the student received his assignment and he contacted standard with a written affidavit that it was not a ****. and also standard sent an email saying that they have contacted FNB to release the account. And ever since 13th March i have been calling FNB ***** line in this regards and all i get is different information from different call center agent, i went to the branch no one can help me from the branch, they gave me a number which is *** to call because that is the department in-charge of the case and that number when called no one pick it. We have been a customer to FNb since 2014 and they take their charges every single month and the account is a business account which we need to run our daily life on, and now ever since 13th March FNB has held the account because a student lodge a complain of R500 payment and us as school how do we control that kind of situation and those that make the student right about us? FNB did not even contacted us in that regard before holding our account which say so much about how they handle their customer over one person complain, actually its shows how they value their customer. Since 15th March i have been calling this number who so called FNB called the people in charge of our case and no respond. We need our account to be release so we can be able to continue our business especially in this hard time the nation is going through. We really need help to get this sorted out.
