FNB ***** credit card

I am really angry right now at FNB, you call the call centre to have your call cut, waisting time and money, now I am stuck with a ***** account the someone created a credit card without my knowlage on my account, *****ing 2000 every month and no one can do a thing because every minute the call drops, ********** is the first hellopeter ref for the same thing, I have had enough with this
