FNB ***** CLAIM

I reported a ***** claim on the 23rd Nov 2020. Nobody come back with a answer. If this the bank name and people get a salary for this service. They put the phone when I phoned. So what will they do. I'm sick and tired of waiting for no answer. Nobody is calling back
