FNB ***** claim

My sister withdrew R4300 at the Stephenson Spar FNB, Vanderbijlpark. At the same time, the money was paid out at a an ATM teller at Parkview Motors in Vanderbijlpark.

Her card was swallowed. She followed all the correct procedures. Immediately try to inform the FNB ***** division, but they were not available. She then went to the police, but as it was a Saturday, they told her to return the next Tuesday as the Monday was Freedom Day (Public Holiday in April)

We thereafter followed up with FNB, but they decline us all the time.

We are not *******.

Please help us follow up and advise us whether we should involve social media and the Law.
