FNB *****

FNB is giving me hard time for the R150 that was withdrawn from my account while I was withdrawing R1000 which never came out but 2 min later I got an SMS saying R150 was withdrawn I reported it as a ***** but then they said it was not a *****. i had to report to Mall of Africa no feedback from them. Then I complained on Facebook which resulted in Complaints department calling me to tell me that the transaction was susscesful. Meaning I had withdrawn that money or it might be *****. Apparently their ATM was working yet it gave me an error messagenot even a slip.
