FNB ***** cases aren't taken seriously
I had a ***** case opened up a few months ago, after providing all the information required, and had been followed-up consistently, however received no feedback. Even in the event of calling and emailing the specific ***** analyst (Victoria Chabangu - supposed ***** analyst), nothing was returned. I ended up calling the call center for assistance to have another ***** analyst look into my case, however they responded saying that I would need to wait for Victoria Chabangu to get back to me. How futile... Nothing has been done since. No update/feedback.
