FNB ***** cases
My account was blocked by Boitumelo Mogane and she requested me to submit documents for the account to be unblocked, she assured me that my debit orders will be processed and to my surprise today I got paid and already some of my debit orders are bouncing cab I have this case resolved urgently.

Please be advised that I'm referring to the complaint I logged earlier I went to the Lynnwood branch to try and get hold of Boitumelo via teams together with her manager they never responded nor acknowledge the teams messages we sent with the consultant at the branch.
My concern is debit orders and one of them is my bond and medical aid I'm annoyed cause FNB has never even offered me anything since being their customer yet they blocking my account without informing me, can my debit orders be processed
