FNB ***** case still unresolved after a month

This is by far the worst service i have ever gotten from FNB, you sent me a message saying you would call me within 48hrs after taking a whole month on a ***** case with no feedback this is disgusting customer service from you guys, if been very patient the whole month and no one is even calling to update me on the case
