FNB *****

Somebody **********ly tried to open an Account at FNB back in May 2020. The account was "FLAGGED" as possible ***** immediately.Somehow the following month it was approved. This was shown to me after realising I have missed payments reflecting on my Credit Score from a Loan company. When I enquired from this loan company, they told me an FNB account under my name was used to acquire such loans. I have since opened a ******** case and also logged a ***** case with the bank as I don't use or own such account, but up until today they're not cooperating with the investigation.

I opened the case back in 2021. Where can I report such an institution as I feel that I'm taken for granted as an individual yet when you owe such institutions they're quick to blacklist and threaten you with leagal action. Where is justice for ordinary law-abiding citizens like me when we're failed by such Big corporations? Where should we go now since the rule of law is also not respected by FNB. there's no compliance whatsoever! The Investigating Officer has mentioned to me today that FNB is the only Bank that fails to comply timiously and has sent a reminder on the section 205 subpoena dated back in 2021 already. This gives an impression that FNB is covering for the employees who allowed such ***** to persist. I will go to the Media to expose such negligence by FNB as this seems to be a syndicate thriving under their nose. South Africa needs to know that their hard earned money isn't safe with this bank.
