FNB ***** ATTEMPT

I have been receiving an obvious **** SMS where the ******** want you to "update" all your information to "avoid been blocked on the FNB Server"... The ***** line keeps telling callers to go to the FNB App to chat to a "secure chat-backer" consultant who will assist. I have done this TWICE and they refer me back to the ***** Line? How does this makes sense? Thank goodness that the ******** "FNB Website" has a few obvious errors which alerted me to this being a ****. FNB DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR ***** LINE claiming that they have "a high volume of calls"... after TWO ATTEMPTS LASTING A TOTAL OF ONE HOUR???
