FNB ***** AT TOLLGATES

A while back i reported my card missing at FNB on two occassions i phoned the FNB ***** department and let them know there are people using the very lost card at tollgates, FNB closed the card but still this withdrawals are happenning on my account these ********** have racked up an amount of -R 52 000 and FNB are doing nothing about the withdrawals on my Premium account, these withdrawals have put my name on the high risk side at FNB, i am not happy at all since i reported the matter not once not twice but three times to FNB, my question is how is it possible that a card which was closed by the bank can still be used at tollgates tap and go system and that card withdraws money from my account That is my question

Even this morning 5 - 6 transactions went through what must i do now who must i contact ??? Why must name and profile continue being destroyed while i reported the matter of my lost card to the Bank i need answwrs please i did not want to write this review but i am my witts end.... i am even wondering if these prople are not working with FNB staff because this is baffling me , how can a Card which no lpnger works continue to wreck up R 53 000 worth of tollgate swips??????
