FNB ***** and Greediness

Good afternnon everyone, FNB is failing to assist me instead they are trying to shove down my throat exorbitant charges accumulated from the Private Clients credit card that they forcefully opened for me, without my permission of course. Where else can I lay a complaint about this? Mind you some of their members are busy calling me to arrange payments...payment for accummulated fees I was not even part of? hell no, am not paying anything I have nothing to do with, that I can assure you. But who do these banks account to? Am still awaiting the response of the ombudsman.
