FNB ***** and Credit Card Dispute departments are useless!

My rating for FNB's ***** department and credit card dispute department is actually a big 0! Zero service! Fnb is useless beyond words when it comes to customer service! There was ***** on my credit card two weeks ago which was reported immediately. I received no OTP and have never had any transactions with the company the card was used at. Nothing has been done to date, I’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes basically getting passed from pillar to post with absolutely no solution and no indication of any way forward! This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be moving both my personal and business accounts from this useless institution.
