FNB *****

I went to Fnb to query about the amount which was taken from my account and they put me through to their call centre and I was told that the investigation department will call me. After an hour I got a call from 087 number and it was written on my phone FNB investigation. I answered the call and the lady I spoke to told me that she is from Fnb investigation department and had all my details even my account number and she told me she wanted to reverse the money that was taken from my account and asked me for my card number. I gave her my card number and she told me that I will get an OTP number and I must just read it to her so that she can reverse the money. To my surprise few minutes after we spoke I saw two amounts going off my account. I then rushed to the atm to cancel my card. FNB staff is ******* and someone de*****ed me there because someone from Fnb either gave my credentials to the ********* or de*****ed me herself. There is no way someone from outside Fnb can know my credentials and even know the amount that I went to query in the bank if that is not an Fnb employee. I want Fnb to pay me back all my money that was taken from my account and investigate all the ladies I spoke to them over the phone while I was in the bank on Monday the 25th July 2022 because they put me through to different departments and spoke to different ladies.
