Four weeks ago I was a victim of ***** and reported to FNB they told me an investigator will contact me and help me resolve the matter. Fast forward 4weeks later my account was blocked by FNB ***** department when I enquired about the didn't give me a reason why they blocked my account to make matters worse it was a Friday afternoon then they said only an investigator can assist me and they gave me his name and contact Info. I was then told that investigators don't work on weekends and to wait until monday. I sent the investigator an email regarding the matter asking him to phone me but he didn't even respond to my email. When I call him it doesn't go through I have called the ***** department numerous times and they all say the samething they cannot help me only the investigator can. When I reported a ***** case the investigator didn't get back to me and that was more than 4 weeks ago now I have to wait another 4 weeks or more just to get this matter resolved and how do they expect me to live if I can use my account how am I supposed to pay rent and buy groceries the service and treatment I have received is shocking. Whether I go to the branch or phone ***** department nobody can assist me aprt from this investigator who isn't even bothered to help me or respond to any emails I'm very angry with FNB and would not recommend them to anyone.
