FNB assistance with online ***** is useless. Bought Salomon shoes online from website Salomon shoes South Africa. After not receiving goods I investigated and this company is not contactable in any eay whatsoever. Called Salomon Sports H/O in KZN and they confirmed this is a ********** website. Reported all of this with pictures and proof to FNB private banker, as well as their ***** department and send proof and multiple mails to card transaction dispute. FNB replies tgat the merchant is Uber eats and its my responsibility to resolve with Uber eats, which is not contactable by phone in South Africa. Clearly FNB doesn't care to assist their customers when money gets ******. Private banking here is as useless as calling the post office. Time for South Africa to get better banks
