FNB *****!!!

I am sick and tired of the horrible service at fnb. There was an unauthorized debit order that went off my account and it wasn’t the first time this nonsense happened. Instead of assisting me, I was told to contact the service provider and ask them to reverse it. How in the hell am I supposed to contact the service provider when I don’t know who they are and FNB refuses to provide information. I have reached my banking point and I am closing both accounts immediately. REFUND MY DAMN MONEY!!
