Fnb *****

This bank has been double charging me for R219 bank charges. I log a call and they just ignore. This morning a transaction if R269 went off my bank and balance. It looks like the transaction was done on 27 march... two weeks ago. I was on fnb secure chat yesterday and i think thats how they get all your info. Someone in the bank is playing around. Check your transactions people. In any way i bought groceries at shoprite on the 27 march so there is no hope or way in hell that went to spar that day. Even if i did wy was the amount not pending and why was it going off my balance today only. Today is 18 April. Something is off
