I saw a debit order transaction. There is an amount of R50 with reference Pmt Honfee what is this about? How many of them are there? I tried using secure chat on online banking but the agent said my device is not verified. I also tried calling but your "Tell me what you want service" is not user friendly at all? I need help I don't know why us as clients are forced to go into a que if you have services like your call centre and secure chat if those don't work.. I am not impressed with FNB at all..... I am very close to closing my account that I have had for years and moving over to another bank that does not take money without authorisation.
