Had to hold for 20 minutes and the consultant redirected my call to another agent after claiming and presuming my account ran into the negatives based on deductions that weren't made, she didn't have the decency to inform me but left me in dead air with no resolution to the matter and were these deductions have been coming from. Appalled by the service I've gotten, the same goes for the Ebucks department whom are sleeping on the issue there is a problem on the app where it doesnt show my ebucks. Zama Nyembe is the consultant.
