Absolute horrible service, I'm thinking of changing to another bank. I requested a reverse payment on a loan I've already finished paying off but still the money is not in my account. The call center promised my money would be in about a week ago and I'm still waiting. Call center operator just dropped the call on me while I was enquiring about my money? I'm tired of Fnb
