FNB *****!!

On the 24th of March 2018, there was a transaction R845.00 ASCO that took place on my account. I don't know that reference and I have never made any online transactions. I went to mall of the south FNB branch to inquire, they went through my account and they told me that it was a debit order. They escalated the matter to ***** department, after a week I had to make a follow up regarding the matter. We went back and forth with the ***** department because they were blaming me for this ********** transaction, they were insisting that I knew about the transaction. Today I received an email from them stating the following:

"We regret to inform you that we are not in a position to handle this dispute with the merchant on your behalf. The Chip on the card together with entering the PIN (Personal Identification Number) were utilized during the transaction. It is therefore regarded as a safe, secure and valid transaction"
