FNB connect deducted twice my money and never allocate minutes in my phone as agreed and when I call them I’m told the admin is busy with it since Monday. Now my business have to stop running as I’m using this phone to do business and I’m told that they are working remotely so it can take a month or a year to assist while they are busy deducting my money almost everyday. I’m very ****ed

Not yet resolved they called me yesterday promising that by today morning when I wake up my problem will be solved but still, no refunds and no allocation in my phone. Kindly assist
