FNB ***** - 2 cases in one week

I just had an amount paid for an "UBER TRIP*" (reference) on Sunday, 6 February 2022 at 20:25, while I was watching a movie with my family. I also saw a smaller amount deducted from my account on Saturday, 5 February 2022 (reference Byc DEBIT). I did not need to approve any payment.

Not only did this happen to me, but also to my dad. IN ONE WEEK! My dad's loss was a big one, almost R26 000.

Two ***** cases, within the same family, in ONE WEEK. This is totally unacceptable.

FNB's security is supposed to be the best there is, but I am very disappointed.

Strongly considering moving my bank account.
