FNB Fourways - Mr John Chauke

I have had an issue linking my Paypal account to my FNB account for almost a year now and was advised to go into the branch the last time I tried because i use a temporary residence permit.

Today, I decided to go into the Fourways and was pleasantly surprised when Mr John Chauke, the man that was managing the queue at the time came to the gentleman that was struggling a little to assist me and literally took over.

Within 10 minutes - he had sorted out my issue and gave me a BRILLIANT tutorial on how to link it on my end because he could not on his end.

To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I was VERY irritated by the time he stepped in.
