FNB Forex - Where are you guys??

Good day, I have phoned FNB Forex 3 x times today with no one picking up the phone. Do you not have a system that tells you how far you are in the queue or offers a call back like SARS? I have currently been waiting to be helped for 45 min now.. how unprofessional? Where is the client service??? The phone disconnected now..
