Fnb forex transfer overseas hell

I'm trying to do the transfer since the 15th of September, now we are on the 3rd of November. You are destroying a family life, these are hard working money earned in years. I don't know what else to do. I really hope all the readers of my comment don't fall in the same trap and open other banks account to deal with their forex operations. I cannot specifically advice on any other bank in partucular, BUT CERTAINLY NOT FNB FOREX!!!!

This is the last e-mail that I sent to fnb, to complain about their services. Complain reference number : ***

To whom it may concern,

The service that I have received from FNB has been unacceptable.

The ability to transfer the money from my FNB account abroad has taken a tremendous amount of time. I have provided every document needed and I received the approval from the exchange department.

I have attempted to call your call center numerous times in the past few days after making a transfer from FNB to my account in Italy on Monday I have waited for long periods of time to get hold of consultants who have responded by informing me that I shall receive a call back. This has not occurred. I have not received a call back.

I'm trying to execute this transfer since almost two months now.
