FNB forex transactions issue

If you live in KwaZulu-Natal FNB app does not allow you to do forex transfers. Their app has reconfigured provinces and if you select KZN as your province the transaction fails. The reason is that it has a hypen in it. They told me this 2 years ago but still they have not fixed their app. For an institution of that size one would hope that simple things would be easily fixed. But I'm afraid not so are we safe expecting this institution to manage our finances.
