FNB Forex: third month in a row I cannot release incoming forex due to a postal code that is not accepted

FNB Forex: third month in a row I cannot release incoming forex due to a postal code that is not accepted. This was setup by FNB and cannot be changed by me with a promise last month it will be fixed, I therefore cannot complete the release of the incoming forex. I have sent an email this morning 7am SA time with a follow up email at 11am SA time, both were Read by FNB Forex. As of this message no reply.
