FNB forex the most useless division ever
FNB forex and international payment diving are the most useless departments ever, they take forever if ever to allocate payments.
Payments are only allocated when you call and repeat call 100 times. They are meant to be a gate way for international payments but they are useless in every way.
At this point I am going to remove all my business banking from FnB because the stress, incompetence and uselessness is not worth it.
Followed up on payments for weeks and weeks still no allocation of funds, being told to call divisions you end up calling the entire AM
