FNB Forex - terrible attitude and terrible service

FNB Forex and in particular Ambretha Govender - very poor service. We did a business forex transaction on 19th September. On 4 October Ms Govender told me that I can wait indefinitely for the money to be received by the recipient and that she has not further feedback. She put the phone down.
