FNB Forex slow and unprofessional service

Terrible service from FNB Forex. I have been waiting over 9 working days for a transfer to clear from the USA. When I contacted the forex department, I was told my money is not being released and that they have been trying to get hold of me. Supposedly they called me on my cell phone and email. I check my emails daily and my junk box and nothing. No calls on my cell either. I don't appreciate being **** to and I don't understand why they hold your money and you have to follow up with them. Will consider moving banks because of this poor service.
