Supply FNB FOREX WITH ALL DETAILS - Note the rate is specified , the amount in rands receivable specified . Sometimes it arrives the next day as stipulated . Sometimes after 3-5 days . This time , one week . They always say “ they can’t trace the funds “. The. The same day they can’t trace the funds , the funds mysteriously appear . How does it take one day , then 3 days , then 5 days , now a week . I believe they keep the money in suspense in their coffers and do not even attempt to trace it . Now my bank. In England is arranging a trace . I can tell you they’ve had these finds from day 1 . And the forex lady Rochelle Pike . Wouldn’t assist my mum by even trying to trace the funds ( I’m out of the country ) and my mum sent the funds . So what kind of pathetic service is this ?
