Fnb forex shame never again - worst service ever

When i moved to fnb bank i thought i will be getting great service but it was a nightmare ,i deposited money into my account to send money to Angola with fnb forex i put the correct details and once i send the money that side there was no communication that the money was send back to fnb forex due to incorrect details which i double check i was never contacted regarding the return of the money ,i received an email from phumile and governder saying that they will return the money back into my account only to find out that i will be receiving R256 out of the 700 i originally send i was not told that they was going to be any charges i only receive this info today via phone call not by email so to anyone who wants to send money to other countries with fnb forex please dont you will regret it all that money go because i trusted fnb rather than other money transfer .
