FNB FOREX Service no service

I tried to open a Global Account online ... I got an error and said that a consultant will contact me ... 5 weeks later and 3 complaints on the FNB complain hotline, I am still awaiting a response ... What did FNB do for me today? They made me close my account and take my business elsewhere
