FNB FOREX service.
I never thought I'd find myself here because I love FNB but lately I've been disappointed many times. I made a forex payment (TRN: SD3GRVWH40AG2YT1 SABRSI2***X 5225.28 EUR) which was deducted from my account. Unfortunately the payment is still pending. I received an email from PCB Screening which I promptly responded to. Then... silence. I've written 4 emails to *** to no avail. I'm sure FNB understands that time is money. I know it is procedure but it's hard to wait in darkness. Even if I call FNB FOREX , never success there. Even if I'm being screened, how many times a week? Everyday? I have submitted all documents so please tell me what is the hold up?
