FNB Forex Serve Themselves - Not Customers

I am writing to expose the hypocrisy of FNB's Forex services. They failed to make a simple payment blaming me for not supplying them with the relevant information. The latter was not true as I followed their instructions in all I did. When the person supposedly serving me saw she'd made a mistake, she opted to save herself/ FNB and blame me rather than admit her error. FNB even charged me the costs for their failed transaction.

After writing to FNB for weeks and alerting everyone we thought relevant to the issue, the only response we got from FNB was passing us forward to someone else - like we were a bad rash. They only responded and paid us back as soon as we complained on HelloPeter.

This tells me that they care more about their reputation than actually delivering the services for which they so promptly charge people. It's blatant hypocrisy and terrible customer service.
