FNB FOREX SEEMS TO BE HIGHLY *********** IN ALL ASPECTS

I did a two FNB FOREX global transfers,

One transfer cleared in a day, Second transfer was hanging since 27 November,

Firstly I think your FNB Forex Department needs Help- Highly *********** for people dealing with International Currencies, I would think you would put your best in here

Called in on the 1 December, 3 times, could not get hold of FNB FOREX, Had to go through chatting to my banker to put me through to Forex,

When I did get a call, She could not locate the reference and said she will log a claim with IT Dept and call me back, Did not get a call back

Called on the 2nd Decemeber, to Mandisa, Who said you need to be verified first, but if you call this number ***, IT DOES NOT ASK FOR A VERIFICATION! Anyway, I verified on the FNB APP, Checking on the transfer I found that two reference were made under maintain tab in forex and the one i actually did was saying submitted to bank,

How is it that the FNB Forex is plagued with so many problems to do a simple transfer from your rands to dollar account? Is this a good indication for clients who want to use this service regularly?

Please improve your services and IT on in FNB Forex, Highly frustrating

Not sure yet whether the transfer is cleared as again Mandisa told me she needs to log with FNB IT to clear the amount
