FNB FOREX - Robbing you!

I received some money from oversees a few days ago. Yesterday i instructed FNB Forex online, to transfer that money into my Smart Account.

Today i received an sms from FNB stating that the Dollar amount, has been transferred into my GLOBAL Account!

First i tried to chat to someone from the help line on FNB, but they said (after waiting 15minutes for them to get to their desks starting work at 9am) i must call Forex.

I then called Forex and was listening to the "on waiting" music for 10 minutes (all my calls are recorded). At 09:20 a lady called "Nandisa" answered my call. I tried to explain everything to her, stating that ive already paid the conversion costs of R180 but the money was transferred to my Global account and not my Smart account, as i have requested.

In my mid explanation...she put the phone down!

I then self tried to continue with what needed to be done.

As soon as i got to the page that said the conversion rate currently and that it will be converted from...i was SHOCKED to see its SOOOOOO much below the current exchange rate at that exact time! I have pictures of that and that shows exact times...(my phone is the Samsung S10+)

I then cancelled the conversion into Rand, then and there!

This is daytime *******!

FNB wanted to use a rate of R14.3114 But the Global Exchange rate for ZAR at that exact time, stood at R14.55 !!!

Regardless of the petty amount...Its still a FACT, that FNB does NOT do transactions, according to the CURRENT/EXACT exchange rate !!!
