FNB Forex - Repeat poor service
I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding FNB Forex for the significant delay in processing a recent bank remittance R023ZQ9C10 of over two weeks. This is the second time in the recent past that this is happening and I get no comfort that any urgency is being app**** to my complaint through Mandisa and Ambretha Govendor. As a loyal customer of the bank, I have always valued the efficiency and reliability of your services. However, the continued and repeat extended delay is not only a huge inconvenience but frustrating. A for a comprehensive explanation for the delay has been ignored and neither is there a sense of a clear timeline for when the funds will be successfully transferred to the recipient's account.
This is still unresolved one week down the line and the updates are wanting.
Why would a transfer take a whole month and why can't the Forex team apply themselves more diligently instead of different people circulating the same responses?
